Jiangsu Songyan Machinery Co., Limited manufactures CNC machined parts and welded fabrications in Xiagang Industrial Park, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, China. The company began as a gear rack producer and has exported racks and machined components to customers in North America, Europe and Asia since 2007.
Today we turn, mill, grind, cut, weld and fabricate custom parts from 1 kg to 30,000 kg in carbon, alloy and stainless steels, nickel alloys, tool steels, titanium, aluminium and copper alloys, with heat treatment, surface finishing and inspection managed within the same order.
Jiangyin is one of China's leading manufacturing cities, home to major steel, forging and machinery groups along the Yangtze. This supply base gives our customers short material lead times and competitive pricing without compromising quality.

Jiangyin lies on the Yangtze River with its own deep-water port, about two hours by road from Shanghai and close to Zhangjiagang, Ningbo and the China–Europe rail terminals.

Export packing
Machined surfaces are protected with rust-preventive oil, VCI film and plastic caps on threads and bores. Smaller parts ship in fumigation-free plywood cases; heavy parts are bolted to steel or timber skids with lifting points marked, and shafts rest on saddles to prevent bending in transit.
Shipping & terms
FOB Shanghai or Jiangyin, CIF, CFR and DDP. Sea freight in containers, on flat racks or as break-bulk for oversize parts; air freight for urgent samples; rail to Europe and Central Asia. A commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin accompany every shipment.
