Customers and third-party inspectors are welcome to audit our workshops, laboratory and quality records, or to witness first-article inspection. Let us know your dates and we will prepare an agenda and arrange transport from the airport or railway station.

How do I send drawings to Songyan Machinery?
Email your drawings to sales@symachiningparts.com or send them by WhatsApp to +86 189 1530 7612. PDF or DWG drawings with tolerances are preferred, with a STEP or IGES model for complex parts. Large files can be shared through any cloud link.
Will you sign an NDA before reviewing my drawings?
Yes. We are happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share drawings. All files are used only to quote and manufacture your parts.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We accept single prototypes, small batches and repeat production orders.
Which languages do you work in?
Our sales engineers handle quotations, technical questions and documentation in English and Chinese.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Customer audits, process reviews and third-party inspections are welcome by appointment at our works in Xiagang Industrial Park, Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, China.
